Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide. We collect this so Billy Whitmore can respond to your home services inquiry.

Analytics and cookies

We use cookie-based analytics to understand how visitors use this site:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Google sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser) to produce aggregate traffic reports. See Google's privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel — Meta (Facebook) sets cookies and collects usage data to measure and attribute visits and ad performance. See Meta's privacy policy.

How-you-found-us (attribution) cookie

This site sets a single first-party cookie named swb_attr when you arrive via a link that carries campaign parameters (for example, a link shared on social media). It stores those parameters — UTM campaign tags, advertising click identifiers (such as fbclid, gclid, or ttclid), and the address of the page you landed on — for both your first visit and your most recent visit. It is used for one purpose: if you later submit the contact form, it tells Billy Whitmore which post or campaign brought you here so your inquiry can be attributed to it. It contains no name, email, or other identity information, is not shared with third parties, and expires after 30 days.

All of the above — analytics, pixel, and the attribution cookie — are on by default when you visit this site. You can turn them off at any time: clearing this site's cookies stops the attribution cookie, and your browser's tracking-protection or an ad blocker will stop the analytics and pixel. If you would like us to stop processing your information, contact Billy Whitmore using the details on this site and we will honor the request. We do not sell or share your personal information.

How we use it

Contact-form information is used solely to contact you about home services services. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve this site. The attribution cookie is used only to connect an inquiry you choose to submit with the campaign that brought you here. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You may request access to, or deletion of, the information you submitted by contacting Billy Whitmore. You may opt out of analytics and the attribution cookie at any time as described above. If you are a California resident, you may exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including the right to know, delete, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — by contacting Billy Whitmore.
